Here's something a wee bit different, an EPK from De La Soul.

The original disc was a Tommy Boy promo item from 2003 during the push for the AOI alblum. There were 3 different excerpts as you can see, but i've included just one, a throwback feature from around the period of the promotional push on the 'Three Feet High' release, leading into the 'De La Soul is Dead' period. It follows De La around, talking trash, recording, generally mooching at home in their studio in L.I. and essentially, it's a nerdboy insight into what De La were about, back in '88. Peep Prince Paul before he knew how to spell gym, looking like some housebound retardo at the boards, peep the speak, the hair-do's and general chittle chattle about the release and why they were tired of journalists labelling them 'Hippies' etc [Remember all that?]... It's rather endearing stuff and essentially, just a wee treat for De La heads. Download Here
